GRACEMERE CATTLE SALE WEDNESDAY 22nd SEPTEMBER 2021
CQLX Gracemere agents saw an increased yarding of 4,658 following a week with no sale due to bull sale commitments. Cattle were drawn from the usual local areas as far north as Mareeba and as far west as Moranbah. Quality and condition are still very good despite dry conditions in many areas. There was a strong field of restockers along with one extra processor and the usual feeders present. Grown heifers and medium weight yearling steers showed some improvement, however, most descriptions eased a little on the previous sale two weeks ago.
